Cross-fertilisation and sharing of learning across sectors and countries

Courses and events to bring together the development practitioners and partners of all five countries and five work streams to reflect and review learning and translate it into country-level initiatives to inform international advocacy.

Objectives

The primary aims are to build the capacity of development practitioners to engage with freedom of religion or belief (FoRB) by sharing learning across sectors, thus to incrementally mainstreaming awareness of FoRB in development.  The events provide platforms to build CREID’s profile as an international interfaith coalition.

  • Annual consortium meetings for learning and evaluation;
  • International mid-term event to share learning;
  • Annual four-day short courses on FoRB run at IDS by CREID partners.
